County Holiday Schedule – Final Due

The “DRAFT” is due by AUGUST 31, 2021 and The “FINAL” is due by JANUARY 15, 2022.

County Coordinators and Administrators may choose holidays from a pre-existing list of common holidays, select “other” to enter in a custom holiday and/or select number of floating state holiday(s), if applicable.  If a county will be observing “Good Friday”, they must refer to it as a “Personal Holiday” and enter the date of April 15, 2022.

Notes:

• A “DRAFT” of the anticipated holidays for FY22 (9/1/21 – 8/31/22) is required, even if the court has not approved the county holiday schedule for calendar year 2022.  You will need to estimate and submit a “DRAFT” of the 14 anticipated holidays, based on their County’s previous year’s holiday schedule.  Once they receive the court approved holiday schedule, they must submit a “Final” submission ASAP.
• Once the County Coordinator submits the “FINAL” holiday schedule, their ability to make changes will be deactivated.  They will need to contact me via email if they need to revise the “FINAL” holidays.
