Certification of County Expenditures – DUE TODAY

County Coordinators,

The Expenditure Certification form is to be completed and certified by the appropriate county official.  Instructions and a sample Expenditure Certification form are attached to assist with completion of the forms.

The form is due back no later than January 07, 2022 to District 10 office.  Any questions, let me know.
